    B.Psych (Hons), Assoc. MAPS 5+ years experience working with people with different mental health presentations as well as physical disability and different socio-economic background. I am Polish by background; however, I have completed all of my professional training & registration in psychology here in Sydney, Australia. My recent full-time roles have been here in Sydney as well as Darwin in the Northern Territory. I believe in a strength based approach to treatment where I work collaboratively with clients to tailor treatments to suit their needs and goals. My training in private and public health has developed my skills in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health issues including stress, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, PTSD and complex trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem, perfectionism. Another area of interest for me is to provide support for couples and help them to resolve any relationships issues. My training includes the use of Gottman Therapy. I am also SIRA accredited provider (19138). I am experienced in evidence based approach such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Aaron seeks to assist all people, regardless of age or identity, and has a special interest in Queer Health. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys jogging, bush-walking, beaches and travel.
